Why Pea Protein Belongs in Your Routine

Protein is certainly having a moment. From fitness routines to everyday wellness, everyone’s asking the same question: how can you get more protein without overthinking it? That’s where pea protein comes in to effortlessly save the day.

What Even Is Pea Protein and Why Are We Talking About It?

Pea protein is a high-quality protein source that comes from yellow peas. It contains all nine essential amino acids (which the body cannot produce on its own) and is therefore considered a complete protein source. It’s been getting a lot of positive attention lately, as it is gentler on digestion than most plant-based proteins, naturally allergen-friendly, and surprisingly versatile.
